Shipping in Italy is FREE
Shipping times are 48 working hours.
For orders placed over the weekend, shipping will start on the following Monday.
Once the order has been shipped, delivery times will be approximately 24 working hours.
Shipping and delivery times may vary according to holidays and calamities not attributable to our service.
We will send you an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
The competent forwarder will send you an e-mail with the shipment tracking after the preparation and collection of the package from our warehouse.
We are not responsible for loss or misplacement if the return package is sent to the wrong address.

RETURNS
Send your return request by filling out the contact form that you will find by visiting the dedicated page
Send the return package to our offices within 14 days of notification
Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will refund you to the payment method chosen during the order.
The right of withdrawal provides for the return of the product to the sender within 14 days of receipt, paying any shipping rates for this return.
The return procedure is explained below:
1) Send your return request by filling out the contact form that you will find by visiting the dedicated page
2) Send the goods within 14 days of the return authorization, by registered mail or courier to our office at the following Address:

3) The package must be intact and the shipment is at your expense.
4) Reimbursement for product returns is net of any delivery or collection costs. Only the value of the product is refunded within 14 days of receiving the package.
5) The refund will be made to the payment method chosen during the order.
NOTES:
– We are not responsible if you have to send the returned package to a different address than the one indicated
– The costs of returning the order are charged to the customer
– The product must be in perfect condition (unused) and provided with all the labels , packaging and, if any, original supplied documentation and accessories
– If you do not follow these instructions or if the product is damaged, you understand that J.C. ITALIA SRL may refuse the return
– If you wish to return only one or more products that were part of the order, J.C. ITALIA SRL will not be able to refund the shipping costs incurred for the entire order.
– We inform you that the time necessary for the refund of the amount paid depends on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase
